(ISO) 10/05/2021.- Another study, conducted in France, showed that more than 66% of the companies (including SMEs) stated that standards increase their profits, and 69% considered that standardisation has a positive impact on their business.
Standards such as ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and many others, have a strong international presence and are adaptable to small, medium and large companies.
Moreover, using them has clear results, as they contribute to boosting the company’s image, favouring commercial and marketing policy, facilitating the winning of public tenders and encouraging companies to improve and remain relevant.
The above studies and many others can be found in the new library ISO, which aims to showcase academic articles, evidence and publications from international organisations and other sources, to create a platform that gives visibility and real data on standardisation.
If you would like to contribute, the organisation has invited ISO members and other interested parties to submit their proposals via research@iso.org.
