OAK&larpwell, S.A. was created at the end of the nineties to satisfy the needs of national companies in specialised technical services due to the growing complexity of the business world.
After more than 20 years of experience, we can proudly say that we have achieved it and that, today, we are a recognised, effective, and efficient company.
The company was created in 1999 when two young entrepreneurs, Luis Roura and Toni Subías, decided to join forces to provide improvement services and reorganise processes to companies. In 2004 we introduced ourselves to the standardisation of products (CE Marking) and in 2006 to Excellence projects. In 2007, the company entered the healthcare and social health sector. In 2018, we opened an office in Madrid.
Throughout these 20 years, we have learned that our greatest asset is our clients. This great asset made us overcome the crisis of 2008-2010 without significant complications and has been fundamental in the post-Covid-19 situation. It has marked our company and defined our work philosophy.
In these 20 years, we have worked as a consultant accredited by the CEG (Club Excellence in Management) in Excellence projects according to the EFQM Model. We have intervened as accredited evaluators for the Business Excellence Award of Aragon and the Castilla y Leon Award for Excellence in Management. We also have developed informative conferences in various countries in Latin America. Besides, we have designed innovative systems such as Environmental Product Declarations (DAP / EPD) UNE-EN 15804: 2012 + A1: 2014, Lean Management / Lean Healthcare, or biological risk control.
But what we are most proud of are our clients: Antonio Broto, Enrique Dorta, Manuel Campano, Montse Ayora; also from the large corporations in which we have worked: Movistar-Telefonica, FCC (Promotion of Constructions and Contracts), Aldahra Fagavi, Diputació de Barcelona, CAMFIC…
