Analysis/diagnosis

For the most part, companies and organisations have a not entirely fluid operation. It is the usual case. The Management usually perceives the inefficiencies of the system and senses the “leaks”. In many cases, the critical points are clear; at other times, the situation is more diffuse. Thus, more and more directors of companies want and search an independent, external and expert opinion in a specific area.

In both consolidated and newly created companies, there are usually different inefficiencies that hinder their operation:

  • Reprocesses. Slowness and routine. Routine repetition of processes and activities, often unnecessary (they do not add value to anyone).
  • Inadequate structure, sometimes oversized that are lacking elements essential to its size and volume of business.
  • There are internal and external quality deficiencies, and the customer may observe non-conformities.
  • Organisation according to functions or departments, instead of transversal or by processes.
  • Stops in the operational process, and time wasted of machines or people.
  • Movement and transport of people and products without added value.
  • Others.

Undoubtedly, Management needs information to reflect on the future and know the organisation’s situation.

Organisational problems are often resolved internally, based on the information reported by the company’s technical departments/areas (operations, quality, financial…). Undoubtedly, an excellent option, close to the company.

But other times, this is not possible (overwork, inadequate staff, among others) or you want to have an external, fair, professional, comprehensive and objective vision.

According to the needs of the company, our analysis/diagnosis services have particularities. In general, it consists of a comprehensive check-up of the organisation, section by section, to specify critical points and systemic inefficiencies, establish the opportunity for improvement and the action plan for its achievement.

Generally, we include checking the analysis system, and we reduce the costs that the company has. As a basic guideline, we carry out an operational diagnosis (of the processes) using the Lean Management methodology.

Audit/prior check

The demands that a company must meet do not stop increasing: European regulations, CE marking, sustainability, circular economy, R+D+i, corporate social responsibility, standardisation, excellence and customer satisfaction, health and safety at work…

The demands that a company must meet do not stop increasing: European regulations, CE marking, sustainability, circular economy, R+D+i, corporate social responsibility, standardisation, excellence and customer satisfaction, health and safety at work…

On many occasions, the organisation’s internal staff undertakes the project and designs the required documentary base from scratch. They establish the guidelines they consider, always at their discretion and based on the available information sources.

But there is still the uncertainty of a first design. The company’s staff is not standardisation professionals, and in many cases, they improvise. In others, they establish the guidelines based on intuition or experience.

Our audit/prior checking services are intended to assess an organisation’s operation according to a benchmark. After the check, the company obtains a report of conclusions detailing the observed strengths (benchmark requirements that are met, successful approaches implemented…) and areas for improvement (benchmark requirements with potential gain).

After our audit / pre-check services, the organisation has a clear vision of the path and the goals that need to be achieved before, for example, a regulatory inspection.

Consulting: our solutions

In an increasingly complex world, organisations have trouble having qualified personnel for all the situations that they have to face.

The number of areas with which your company interacts does not stop increasing: European regulations, CE Marking, sustainability, circular economy, R+D+i, corporate social responsibility, standardisation, excellence and customer satisfaction, health and safety at work, among others.

Your company has an actual number of assets: knowledge, experience, professionalism, audacity, intuition, dynamism and creativity. Your company master a large number of fields for sure.

But sometimes, it takes qualified personnel to solve a need, and they are not available, or there is not enough time. The day to day is devastating. Resources are probably not enough to solidly solve the various challenges that get out of the routine. It is difficult for the company to have an endless army of people specialised in different fields, with time and resources.

Our Firm provides “solutions”, consulting services in different areas to provide a professional and specialised service.

Our mission is to support the company and its members, to meet the needs and goals that the organisation faces.

Tracking/outsourcing

Our relationship with clients does not end with the consulting project. Our monitoring and control services (outsourcing) maintain open channels of communication and consultation, analysis, monitoring, updating and improvement of the project, allowing the definitive consolidation of the company’s guidelines.

Our clients want results. They invest in our services because they know that we work to provide solutions specially made to fit their organisation.

After a well structured and better-executed project, our control services (follow-up-outsourcing) are a guarantee of continuity. We generate long-term relationships with the client due to the structural changes that occur. The maintenance/outsourcing services entail the resolution of queries and information, support in regulatory inspections and on-site supervision of the project, its consolidation and improvement.

The changes that occur in the environment and internally, within the organisation, are continuous. That is why it is necessary to update and monitor the project to avoid its delay and premature obsolescence.

Most clients want ongoing the monitoring of projects because they only see positive aspects of it, like the initiative, efficiency and validity of the implemented measures.
